MEET
PRINCESS T
THE CONSCIOUS COMEBACK QUEEN
I'm Tenisha Copeland—but in these wellness streets, they call me Princess T. As someone who's transformed my own rock bottom into golden repair, I've dedicated my life to showing urban millennials that wellness isn't just for folks with perfect Instagram feeds and unlimited budgets. It's for US.
After navigating bipolar disorder, addiction recovery, single motherhood, and rebuilding from ground zero more times than I can count on both hands, I've created what I needed most: The Wellness Village—a judgment-free zone where your spiritual growth, mental health, and authentic elevation take center stage.
My approach blends Spiritual principles with the no-nonsense truth-telling of that auntie who'll call you out while slipping you cash for lunch. As a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, Emotional CPR Practitioner, and Transcendental Meditation advocate, I've gathered spiritual and practical tools to help you thrive in real life—not just survival mode. Whether you're seeking community connection, spiritual grounding, or just trying to get your mental right, The Wellness Village welcomes you exactly as you are.
No perfection is required—just your willingness to grow. Sacred, not sorry. Royal, not regular.
Let's rise together!
